Specification soil is where landscaping meets engineering. School, council, authority and designed-landscape projects increasingly call up soil by standard, not by name, and the sign-off depends on the test documentation arriving with the product.
That is how we supply it: the soil and its paperwork together, so the superintendent's question is already answered when the load hits the ground. It is the same discipline we bring to the Inland Rail landscaping works, a 40,000 m³ scope where a late or undocumented load is not an option.

The specified range
AS4419 Soil
The Australian Standard for landscaping soils. Schools, councils and designed landscapes. Batch tested for pH, salinity, organic matter, nutrients and toxicity.
VR720 Soil
VicRoads topsoil for batters, medians and roadside revegetation. Grading, pH, organic content and weed contamination tested to Section 720.
Structural Soil
Load-bearing soil matrix for street trees and pavement planting. Compacts to pavement grade while staying root-friendly. Supplied to the project's nominated blend.
Melbourne Water Soils
Aquatic, sub, terrestrial and turf profiles for wetland, waterway and WSUD works, documentation to match.
AS4454 Compost
The compost standard landscape specs call up. Amelioration and revegetation at project volumes.
Lightweight Soil
Low saturated density blends for podium decks, rooftops and planters where the structural engineer sets the weight budget.
