Between them, Jayden and Lachlan have spent their careers on major civil and infrastructure projects, on the tools, in the office, and managing the supply that keeps billion-dollar jobs moving. NXT Quarry is that experience, turned into a business.
Carpenter and union tradesperson, then Major Account Manager at Soilworx and Strategic Business Development at ResourceCo, where he built the soil recycling division from scratch. Jayden has coordinated civil materials supply at the highest level across Victoria's major projects.
Diesel mechanic who built and ran his own landscaping business before moving into civil materials, where he went on to win some of the largest individual projects in the industry. Lachlan pairs a mechanic's understanding of how things actually run with a record-breaking deal-maker's instinct.
