No tricks in here. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or send us an application, how we store it, and who we share it with.
01Who we are
NXT Quarry supplies quarry materials, transport and disposal services across Victoria. NXT Quarry is part of Alesia Group. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means NXT Quarry and, where the context allows, other Alesia Group companies, including the operators of the NXT Control and NXT Transport platforms.
02What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you:
- Request a quote: your name, company, ABN, phone, email and the details of your enquiry
- Apply to become a transport partner: your name, company, ABN, contact details, fleet size, truck types and service areas
- Contact us by phone or email
Like most websites, we may also collect standard technical information when you browse, such as pages visited, buttons clicked, device type, your IP address and the approximate location and network provider derived from it. We use this for our own first-party analytics (to understand how the site is used and improve it) and through third-party analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (scrolling, clicks and taps) with anything you type into a form masked. Some of this data is processed by service providers located overseas, including in the United States. We do not keep raw IP addresses longer than necessary and automatically anonymise them after 90 days.
If you start filling in a form on our site (for example a quote request or transport partner enquiry), the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email or phone, may be recorded and associated with your visit and network address even if you do not finish or submit the form. We use this only to follow up with you, to verify genuine enquiries, and to detect fake or abusive submissions. These details are held with our other first-party analytics and removed on the same 90-day basis.
03How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and assess applications
- To set up and manage accounts in the NXT Control and NXT Transport platforms
- To schedule, deliver and document supply and cartage work
- To invoice, process payments and manage credit
- To contact you about your enquiry, account or our services
- To improve our website and services
04Storage and security
Information you submit is stored in systems operated by or for Alesia Group, including the NXT Control ecosystem. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure. Where data is held by third-party providers (for example hosting or email services), we choose reputable providers and limit what they can access.
05Who we share it with
By submitting a form on this site, you agree that we may share your information:
- Within Alesia Group, between Alesia Group companies and platforms, for the purposes described above
- With Alesia Group partners, such as transport partners, suppliers and other businesses we work with to deliver your order or assess your application
- With service providers who help us operate (hosting, communications, payments), only to the extent needed
- Where the law requires or permits it
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
06Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Operations@nxtq.com.au and we'll sort it out. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
