NXT Quarry supplies quarry materials, transport and disposal services across Victoria. NXT Quarry is part of Alesia Group. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means NXT Quarry and, where the context allows, other Alesia Group companies, including the operators of the NXT Control and NXT Transport platforms.

Like most websites, we may also collect standard technical information when you browse, such as pages visited, buttons clicked, device type, your IP address and the approximate location and network provider derived from it. We use this for our own first-party analytics (to understand how the site is used and improve it) and through third-party analytics tools. Some of this data is processed by service providers located overseas, including in the United States. We do not keep raw IP addresses longer than necessary and automatically anonymise them after 90 days.
If you start filling in a form on our site (for example a quote request or transport partner enquiry), the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email or phone, may be recorded and associated with your visit and network address even if you do not finish or submit the form. We use this only to follow up with you, to verify genuine enquiries, and to detect fake or abusive submissions. These details are held with our other first-party analytics and removed on the same 90-day basis.
Information you submit is stored in systems operated by or for Alesia Group, including the NXT Control ecosystem. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure. Where data is held by third-party providers (for example hosting or email services), we choose reputable providers and limit what they can access.
