Stabilised sand is washed sand plant-mixed with measured cement, from a light 1% binding through to 20% near-structural mixes. It places like sand and then sets, locking pipes and conduits in position, resisting erosion in trenches, and reinstating roads that can’t wait for slow compaction.
Authorities specify it widely for sewer and water reinstatement because it eliminates future settlement. Unlike concrete, it flows around services without voids, needs little or no compaction, and can still be dug out with an excavator when someone has to get back at the pipe.
It is mixed fresh to your nominated percentage and scheduled against your crew. Like all cement-bound material it is on the clock once batched, and our live tracking keeps that clock visible from the plant to your gate.
