Coarse-graded Class 3 for deep sub-base lifts, bulk pavement fill and platforms that need thickness, fast.
With a 40mm top size, this Class 3 grading builds layer thickness quickly and locks together into a stable mass under the roller, ideal where the design calls for deep sub-base or where soft subgrade needs bridging before finer layers go down.
It’s a staple on subdivision works, industrial estates and road duplication projects, and pairs naturally with a Class 3 20mm running course above it. Available natural or recycled, with cement treatment on request.

Full loads to open sites, sized to your access and the day's program.
Maximised payload where site access and mass limits allow it.
Every load GPS-tracked from the weighbridge to your gate, with the tonnes on the docket.
Supplied as is, wet-mixed at optimum moisture, or cement treated to your design.
As a guide, this material weighs around 2.1 tonnes per cubic metre. Multiply your area by the layer depth to get the volume, then by the density. Tell us the area and depth on the quote form and we will convert it to tonnes and price the delivery for you.
100 m² at 150 mm deep = 15 m³ × ~2.1 t/m³
Tell us the volume, the site and the program. Every load is tracked live through NXT Control, from quarry to your gate.
