Class 4 is the entry point of the VicRoads crushed rock classes: a compactable, dense-graded product with relaxed limits that make it significantly more economical per tonne. It performs exactly where designed, lower sub-base layers, select fill under buildings, temporary works and general hardstand.
For builders and civil contractors it’s the everyday answer for building pads, shed floors, laydown areas and farm tracks. Available in 20mm and 40mm, natural or recycled, by the truckload or the program.
