Big-void volcanic, 20mm scoria for soakage pits, heavy drainage and lightweight structural fill.
The 20mm grading maximises what scoria does best: void space. Soakage pits, infiltration systems and heavy-duty subsoil drains all benefit from the open structure, while the low unit weight makes it the engineer’s answer for fill over structures and services that can’t take dense rock.
Like all our scoria it comes from Victorian volcanic sources with consistent grading and colour. Natural or black, bulk or bagged.

Full loads to open sites, sized to your access and the day's program.
Maximised payload where site access and mass limits allow it.
Every load GPS-tracked from the weighbridge to your gate, with the tonnes on the docket.
Around half the weight of rock, with a high void ratio for drainage.
As a guide, this material weighs around 0.9 tonnes per cubic metre. Multiply your area by the layer depth to get the volume, then by the density. Tell us the area and depth on the quote form and we will convert it to tonnes and price the delivery for you.
100 m² at 100 mm deep = 10 m³ × ~0.9 t/m³
Tell us the volume, the site and the program. Every load is tracked live through NXT Control, from quarry to your gate.
