Class 2 20mm is the most commonly specified base course on Victorian civil projects: a fully crushed, dense-graded rock that compacts tight and develops excellent bearing strength. It sits directly beneath the wearing surface on roads, car parks and industrial hardstands, and is the default answer when a pavement design calls for “class 2 FCR”.
We carry it in 20mm and 40mm gradings, plain, wet-mixed or cement-treated from 1% to 4%, sourced from VicRoads-accredited quarries and matched to your spec, with every tonne visible in NXT Control from the weighbridge to your gate.
