Apply through our application page. It takes about five minutes. Tell us about your company, your projects and your typical volumes. Every application is read personally by the founders, not a sales team, and we respond to every one, usually within two business days. If it’s the right fit, we’ll set up your account and your team’s access to NXT Control.
Because supply fails when a supplier spreads thin. We deliberately cap the number of clients we serve so that every one of them gets genuine capacity: trucks when they need them, materials at spec, and answers without chasing. Selectivity isn’t a marketing line; it’s how we guarantee performance.
No, NXT Quarry works exclusively with private-sector clients: developers, builders and civil contractors. That focus is deliberate, and it means our capacity is never split between competing priorities.
We’re built for medium and large projects, typically ongoing programs of work rather than one-off loads. If you’re not sure whether your project qualifies, apply anyway: if we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere good.
NXT Control
NXT Control is our own supply management platform, built from scratch, in-house, for civil materials. It gives your whole team live truck tracking, real-time delivered volumes, digital dockets, account balances and forward delivery schedules. See it in detail here.
No. Every NXT Quarry account includes full access to NXT Control for your whole team. It isn’t sold separately, the only way to get it is to work with us.
Yes, and they should. You add your own people with the access that suits their role: site managers watch trucks and tonnes, project managers watch programs, directors and accounts see spend, statements and credit position. The information stops living in one person’s phone.
Every one. Vehicles are GPS-tracked from quarry to gate, statuses update live, loading, in transit, delivered, and every run is logged with times and tonnes. You’ll never ring anyone to ask where a truck is again.
Products & supply
More than 600, crushed rock and aggregates across every VicRoads class, sands, premix concrete, soils, mulch, decorative stone, disposal services and site hardware. Browse the full range. If it isn’t listed, we’ll source it: through our supplier network there’s very little we can’t get or specify.
Yes. Spec supply is our core business: VicRoads Class 1–4 crushed rock, WSAA pipe embedment (PS 361, 362, 368), AS4419 and VR720 soils, thermal sands and more, with test certificates and compliance documentation attached to the order, not chased afterwards.
Yes, from clean fill through CAT A–D, asbestos-affected, PFAS and acid sulphate material, via licensed and approved pathways with full documentation. Disposal can be coordinated with supply, so trucks run loaded in both directions and you pay for fewer movements.
Victoria-wide. Metro Melbourne daily, with regional and project-based supply arranged around your program.
Accounts & delivery
Fast, and predictable. Submissions received before 3pm receive a same-day quote. After 3pm, you’re quoted first thing the next business day. Start your application and the clock starts.
Approved clients operate on trade credit accounts with agreed terms. Your live balance, credit position, invoiced-versus-paid history and monthly statements are always visible in NXT Control, no surprise bill, no chasing a statement.
Transparently. Cartage is itemised, not buried in the material rate, and waiting time, returns and handling appear as line items you can see. You’ll always know what the transport actually cost.
Yes, night works, shutdown windows and EPA-rated movements are all available through our vetted fleet network. Tell us the constraint and we’ll build the delivery plan around it.
