Why we built it

We've been the ones chasing trucks. Waiting on delayed deliveries. Managing the fallout when materials don't arrive.

Our approach isn't shaped by theory. It's shaped by firsthand experience across military, infrastructure, corrections, road, education, water and major civil projects right across Victoria. We've been on the tools. We've managed live sites, navigated union-controlled projects, and worked under tight programmes.

So we built NXT Quarry differently, on purpose. A highly selective supply partner, not a volume chaser, managing a heavily vetted contractor and supplier network through our own platform, NXT Control. The result is something no traditional supplier offers: complete visibility, speed and accountability across every delivery, every dollar, every truck.

Jayden's career spans every layer of civil construction, from carpenter and union tradesperson on some of Victoria's largest infrastructure projects, through to major account management at Soilworx and strategic business development at ResourceCo, where he was headhunted to manage relationships at the highest level.

At Soilworx he managed the company's major accounts through its turnaround years, helping take the business from the red into the black. At ResourceCo he set up the entire soil recycling division from scratch. Then, while building NXT Quarry, he went back on the tools on union sites.

Lachlan began as a diesel mechanic before building and running his own landscaping business. He moved into freight and logistics sales, then into civil materials, where he went on to win some of the largest individual projects in the industry.

A record-breaking business development manager, he pairs a mechanic's understanding of how things actually run with a closer's instinct for the deals that matter.

We stay selective

A deliberately short client list. When you're on it, your project gets genuine capacity, not whatever's left over.

Founders read every application

No call centres, no sales pipeline. A founder reads your application and answers it, yes or no, with reasons.

Every truck tracked, every tonne counted, every dollar live. If we can see it, you can see it. That's the deal.

If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere good. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.

What's next

We're not building a supplier. We're building an ecosystem.

NXT Quarry is just the beginning. We're actively developing the next generation of technology for civil construction and logistics, purpose-built tools that solve problems the industry hasn't properly addressed yet. NXT Control was the first. It won't be the last.

There's already interest in licensing NXT Control beyond NXT Quarry. For the clients who partner with us today, that pipeline of innovation isn't something happening in the background, it's something they benefit from directly, from day one.
