Cement treating binds crushed rock from 1% to 4% for pavements that need early strength or moisture resistance; wet mixing brings material to optimum moisture before it leaves the gate, so it compacts the moment it’s placed; bulka bagging turns bulk product into crane-able, stageable units for tight sites.
